One of The Senior SPACE consultants will provide analysis of your situation and a summary of recommended services. Whether you are in need of a one time consultation, future planning or ongoing care coordination we have solutions for you.

How it Works
One of our Care Consultants will meet with seniors and/or their families over zoom or via phone.

Upon initial consultation a summary of recommendations will be provided.
Care packages are available in bronze, silver and gold tiers offering multiple levels of expertise and involvement from Care Consultants.
Bronze Package
This consultation with one of our team members via Zoom call provides an in depth analysis of your current situation.
The consultant will provide a summary of recommendations following initial meeting.
Additionally, the client will be provided with resources within a designated geographic region that provide recommend services.
Silver Package
This consultation with one of our team members via Zoom call provides an in depth analysis of your current situation.

At the conclusion of the call an a summary of recommendations will be provided. The consultant will assist in connecting you with local service providers following initial meeting.
Our team will act as a liaison; initiating the services that you determine best meet your needs.
Gold Package
This package includes remote care consulting services and is purchased on a monthly basis.
The consultant will initiate services chosen by client, acting as a liaison between client and local services providers.

Your dedicated consultant can provide: Education, advocacy, coordination of services, facilitation of care planning meetings, family/caregiver coaching, concurrent analysis and evaluation of needs.
